Based in Wisconsin Dells, WI, Bella Goose Coffee set out to create a place where anyone — from any walk of life — can pull up a chair and feel like they belong.

From farm to cup, we strive for our coffee to be full of flavor, quality and integrity.

With growing direct farm relationships, we’re able to ensure we are not only sourcing quality beans, but that the farmers we work with are being treated ethically and paid fairly.

By 2028, it’s our goal to have all single origins sourced through direct partnerships, with 25% of those farms being from Thailand.

Coffee syrups can often be full of corn syrup and artificial flavoring, so with the philosophy of serving customers our best, we developed a line of house-made syrups!

Bella Goose syrups are made with organic sugar and real ingredients - no preservatives, dyes, corn syrups, seed oils or artificial flavors.

The food we serve meets the same call to quality.

From our production bakery making every biscuit, cinnamon roll, and scone, to the meat and sourdough bread we source locally, we strive for integrity in ingredients and for the taste to reflect how much care we’ve put into the product.

As our founders traveled across Southeast Asia and witnessed various Red Light Districts, they could not unsee the women and men being exploited. The experience led them to the pursuit of combining anti-exploitation efforts with what our founders knew best: coffee. 

We have partners who play a vital role in helping people find freedom, whether it be through efforts like rescue and aftercare or preventative measures like assisting in family strengthening and education.

So how and why does a coffee shop help people find freedom?

Bella Goose Thailand set out to create gateways to new beginnings by having cafes where people could be employed and empowered.

By treating team members with dignity, offering work and training programs, women and men are building a life for generations to come.
