DISHWASHER

We're looking for someone positive, reliable, fast, and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment - supporting the Bella Goose team by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and keeping the dishpit safe and orderly.

Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • The dishpit is cleared completely several times through a busy rush, and before the dishwasher goes on lunch break.

  • Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are washed, sanitized, and restocked in their proper places.

  • Sanitization water is tested daily, so dishes are actually sanitized and not just rinsed.

  • The dishpit stays safe — water stays in the sink and the floor doesn't get wet and slippery.

  • Daily and weekly task lists are completed, so recurring deep-clean and maintenance work never gets missed.

  • Low supplies and damaged equipment are reported to the Kitchen Coordinator before they cause a problem.

Schedule

  • Full-time or part-time available

  • Weekend availability required

RATE OF PAY

  • $15/hour

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and varied noise levels.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 20lbs.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Efficient workflow — keeps the pit moving instead of letting it pile up.
