Our approach to a big problem

9 out of 10 women who are rescued out of trafficking end up right back where they started.

The main bottleneck we have identified in our red light/anti-trafficking engagement is the lack of holistic care in the transition into the workplace. Simply providing vocational training or a job placement is not sufficient for women and children who have walked through trauma in their lives.

In our approach, we pair vocational training with restorative care, counseling, and social services as well as working toward prevention by partnering with organizations who are serving those most susceptible to exploitation.

This is our company “impact center.” We focus on empowerment, training, and activation with a specific emphasis on highly vulnerable people groups.
